You are focused on your listeners, working toward increased heart engagement. And the Finney Media Why Listen® Survey is here to help you in your quest. Here’s all the necessary details you need to know to have a smooth survey period.
A reminder: The Finney Media Why Listen® Survey is a nationwide study that looks at the listening behaviors of Christian listeners in the areas of Why They Listen, Why They Tune Out, Why They Give and more.
- You decide when to launch. You will be emailed a link to choose your preferred survey launch week from a predetermined five-week period.
- Your email database remains private. The survey invitation will come from you, and you will send to your database on your preselected date. Note: your listener fills in their responses, and those responses come to Finney Media. Finney Media never has access to your database. Your ministry’s listener responses are clearly tagged so your ministry information is accurate.
- We provide the language for your email. About a week before you are set to send your email, we will provide you the actual email that you will use to send to your listener database.
- Communication along the way. We will closely follow your survey’s progress and communicate with you as needed.
- Easy to Read Results. When your survey is complete, your data will arrive in easy-to-read Excel and Word files. The Word document will include graphs for each question that could be easily converted to PowerPoint to present to your team.
- You will be invoiced a minimal investment of $599 to help cover expenses for the survey and tabulations.
